For 13 years, Mandy had a very successful career as estate agent and house valuer, specialising in distinctive top end properties. As well as her track record in delivering results, she established an outstanding reputation for professionalism, trustworthiness and responsiveness.
She loves property and had run her own business buying, developing and selling for 25 years. Always client focused, she cares about what matters to each individual, how to improve the value of their property and how to speed up sales.
Marion has a passion for design. She brings creativity and enthusiasm to every project, infusing spaces with a style that speak to the heart. She understands how to create the personality that makes houses sell.

How It Works
Initial Call
We are keen to take the time to get to know you, understand what you want to achieve and chat about how we can help you. (free)
Our Visit
We visit you at home, consider each room and discuss your objectives, including timeframes and budgets. We will discuss which room transformations would make the biggest impact, and what sort of style could best suit your property. (free)
Proposal
Within 48 hours of our visit, we will send you our proposal, setting out recommendations and what furniture and accessories we suggest are used, along with timeline and cost. We can include a combination of your own furnishings alongside furniture and accessories we source.
Instruction
Further to any changes you want to make, you pay just 10% of the agreed price to secure the project. We liaise with estate agents to line up new photography to capture online traffic and plan for new marketing to their existing client base.
Lets Get Staging
Our team will create a wonderfully inviting and beautiful home. We remove and store anything we have agreed should be taken out. We source, transport and install anything we are adding. And we always deliver on time. (90% payable)
Sold!
When you’ve sold your home, we will collect all the furniture and accessories we’ve used – unless your buyer has asked to keep it of course. Our standard term is for 3 months. In the unlikely event you need to keep our furnishings for longer, we are very flexible to meet your needs and will happily offer a value-for-money extension. If your buyer asks for the furnishings to remain, they will get great quality at unbeatable prices.
